Myfitnesspal: This site has been a boon. On it one can record every meal, drink and treat daily and the site itself adds on the calories. I never cheat when adding my details as if I go over my suggested calories it teaches me where I can cut down. There are also areas to record any exercise you may do each day. One can also pick up a count down badge (which you can see mine on the left) which you can post on your website or in signatures and such. I really do suggest that you check this one out.
Twitter: I know that many people don't have a twitter account because they can't see the point of it - But I get a lot of support from people that I am linked up with. One can set ones Myfitnesspal to post direct to Twitter each time one completes their daily food diary, when one has lost weight (it doesn't post when one has put on weight), and other bits that one can choose to have posted direct.
