3 skimpy meals - a few cups of tea - and my night time cocoa, was all it took to bring me up to my daily limit of 1200 calories. I wasn't even able to sneak in a snack in that lot. So I now know that more exercise is the answer.
I took my dining table down today and put it on the landing ready for my Daughter to come and pick it up and store it for me, in order to make room for the treadmill I have ordered. Now I can't wait for it to arrive.
