I did have a naughty couple of days, but yesterday I once again did really well. No cheating, a little exercise, and came in well under my allocated calories for the day. Not that I am deliberately staying "below" my calories. It just so happened that due to circumstances I didn't have my dinner until late and therefore didn't feel the need for any evening snacks, which is what usually finishes off my allowed calories.
I measured my waist and hips this morning and found myself with an inch lost on both of them. The weight is obviously just shifting at the moment as I haven't lost more than a couple of lbs according to the scales.
Although we would all like to lose our weight quickly I am happy with the little that I am losing at this moment. At least I am losing it and not putting it on as I had been doing this last year.
