I really am enjoying belonging to a site specifically for diet and exercise and can see how it can not only be fun whilst trying to lose weight, but even for those that are simply trying to keep their weight steady, or even just register any fitness regime they have.
One thing I am finding difficult is trying to make sure I drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water a day. Yesterday I only managed 5, and that was pretty hard going. Who would have thought it so hard to drink water. But then I do drink a heck of a lot of tea so I suppose trying to also fit in that amount of water with all the tea I drink as well is bound to be difficult.
I'm not finding it difficult to keep to my allocated calories whilst I am at home by myself, but I am expecting to find problems when I visit any of my family's homes. Trying to resist goodies is really not easy for me.
