Not only am I going to use the apps Footsteps and Couch to 5K again but I have also added two more slimming and fitness aids.
Wii Fit - Yesterday I set up my wii fit again and went out and bought fresh batteries.
XLS Medical Fat Binder - Up until this last few weeks I have been on statins and have been unable to take XLS at the same time. With my Doctors guidence I have now stopped taking statins and so am taking the oportunity to try out XLS.
Footsteps - Although however hard I try I can't make the daily 10.000 steps recommended, but I have been using the app to make sure that I at least do half of that
Couch to 5K - Due to osteoarthritis in my right foot I am at this point in time unable to pound the streets but I am able to do this bare footed indoors. Obviously this isn't as good as walking/running the streets, but it is better than nothing.
My weight is 142lbs - My goal weight is 120lbs
My waist size is 36 inches - My goal waist size is 30 inches.
My BMI is 27 - My goal BMI = 22
Footnote: It is recommended that our waist size should be a maximum of half our height. This is now deemed to be a far better way to measure extra fat that we are carrying than using the more normal BMI.
