I am not cheating and all of my food/meals are being marked down honestly in my Myfitnesspal diary. I am also doing more exercise than I was previously.
Last night I printed out my first 9 days Myfitnesspal food diary to see where I might have been going wrong. On careful examination I note that I am eating and drinking a heck of a lot of dairy produce as part of my allocated calories.
From today for the next 7 days I am going to cut out all cheese and cream cheese - Cut the 7 - 9 cups of tea a day that I drink down to 3 a day along with cutting out my one cup of coffee and one cup of Cocoa. Both the coffee and the cocoa I make with double the amount of milk that I would use in a cup of tea. So simply by cutting out my hot drinks I can cut down tremendously on the amount of dairy that I consume.
I am not sure yet what I will make up the calories and protein with. I will figure that out each day as I plan my meals.
